Parents/caregivers are welcomed and encouraged to stay during the entire visit with their child. On the Initial visit we will review their health history together, followed by an assessment and treatment. I recommend your child wear something comfortable
& please bring their favourite toy or book or snack, if you feel this will help your child during their treatment.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle treatment that relieves tension, reduces pain, resolves dysfunction, and rebalances the whole-body. 

During a CST treatment the body is given the opportunity to relax & rebalance itself with gentle manipulation of the connective tissue on the cranium, spine & sacrum.

I recently completed my Level 1 CST training through the Upledger Institute, and have intentions of completing all four core courses to be a certified CranioSacral Therapist. 

CST is suitable for all ages and the treatment is done with you fully clothed and comfortably laying on you back on the treatment table.
