It is a gentle treatment that relieves tension, reduces pain, resolves dysfunction, and rebalances the whole-body. Finally ~ the body can relax & rebalance itself.

What is Massage Therapy?

It is a manual therapy that reduces muscle tension, improves circulation, and supports overall mobility.

I offer 30 minute, 45 minute, 60 minute, 75 minute and 90 minute treatments for my clients. Each treatment is customized based on what is needed, it could be relaxation, therapeutic or a combonation of both!

I also offer 60 minute, 75 minute & 90 minute Hot Stones Therapy. Select this service when you book in so I can have the stones ready for you!
